Whisk egg until scrambled. Dredge veal into flour, coat evenly. Dip into egg mixture, then bread with panko. Deep fry steak in 350°F fryer until internal temperature reaches 155°F. Heat mashed potatoes and cabbage and plate. Garnish with lemon and capers.
