Berry Banana Smoothie Bowl & Smashed Avocado Bagel

Great Lakes Bakery Oats & Honey Bagel 731109 ½ each
Avocado, Mashed with Kosher Salt ½ each
Chia Seeds a dash

Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. Pour smoothie into desired bowl. Garnish smoothie bowl with sliced fruit and hulled hemp seeds.

Mash the avocado with a dash of kosher salt and place on top of toasted bagel. Top the avocado with a poached egg and garnish with chia seeds.
