Jalapeno Beer Battered Chicken Sandwich

Ace Bakery 4" Sliced Black & White Sesame Bun 730134 1 ea.
Brakebush Raw Boneless Skinless Chicken Breast Fillet 682016 1 ea.
Mann Power Vegetable Blend 133963 2 oz.
Cool Crisp 1/4" Sliced Pickle 280749 1 ea.
Sauce Craft Hot Honey Sauce 463422 2 oz.
Highland Market Real Mayonnaise 463399 2 oz.

Prepare the beer batter by combining batter mix, 1 oz. of jalapeno juice, and lager beer.

Slice jalapeno and add to the power slaw blend. Add Sauce Craft Hot Honey and 1 oz. of mayo to the jalapeno slaw blend.

Toast the bun and top the bottom bun with 1 oz. of mayo.

Batter chicken breast with the jalapeno beer batter and fry until internal temperature reaches 165 degrees.

Assemble your sandwich by putting fried chicken on bottom bun and top with jalapeno slaw blend. Set the top bun on and pick with a skewer.
