Cajun Shrimp Penne

Fontanini Sliced Smoked Andouille Sausage 588622 3 oz.
Sauce Craft Buffalo Sauce 235237 1 oz.
McCormick Cajun Bayou Seasoning 300080 1 tsp.
Mixed Peppers (Y/R/G) 129707 2 oz.
Red Onions 138629 1 oz.
Cortona Shaved Salad Cheese 209203 1 oz.

Cook pasta al dente.

In sauté pan, sauté shrimp and andouille. Once browned, add peppers, onions and Cajun spice. Sauté for 2 minutes. Add cream and reduce by 1/2. Add pasta and buffalo sauce. Toss and plate.

Garnish with cheese.
