Peel the cucumber, halve, remove seeds, slice and dice red onions. Combine feta, cucumbers, red onion, torn basil, tomatoes. Whisk vinegar, olive oil, Italian seasoning and salt & pepper to taste. Dress 30 minutes before seasoning.
