Place chicken on grill and bring to an internal temperature of 165 degrees. Cut romaine heart in half and lightly brush olive oil on leaves. Place romaine on grill until lightly charred, flip over and repeat process. Place grilled romaine on large plate and top decoratively with remaining ingredients.
