Grilled Zucchini and Ricotta Flatbread

Marinate zucchini in balsamic, garlic and olive oil. Lightly grill zucchini and set aside. Brush naan with olive oil and assemble flatbread with Grana, zucchini, onion, pepper, tomatoes, and ricotta cheese. Bake in 350 degree oven for 6 minutes. Serve.
