Hot Honey Chicken Sandwich

Foothill Farms Spicy Garlic Pickling Mix 294262 2 oz.
Cucumber 128208 4 slices
Mrs. Gerry's Deli Fresh Coleslaw 148522 3 oz.
Ore-Ida 3/8" SureCrisp Coated Straight French Fries 690001 7 oz.

Before service, pickle cucumbers in the pickling mix and allow to marinate for at least 4 hours. Set aside.

Toast bun. Deep fry the chicken breast until internal temperature is 165 degrees.

Deep fry French fries until golden and crisp.

Coat the chicken breast with the hot honey and place on bottom bun.

Top with coleslaw, house made pickles, and top of the bun. Serve with French fries.
