While frozen, dredge liver in flour, then egg, then panko. Deep fry for 1.5 min. in 350°F fryer. Heat cabbage. Sauté spaetzle in 1 oz. butter. To make sauce, sauté onion and apples in 1 oz. butter until onions are translucent. Add bacon, cook for 1 min. Add brown gravy, molasses and vinegar and simmer for 1 min. Arrange all contents decoratively on serving plate.
