Pickled Beet Salad

ProAct Orange 103903 4 silces, peeled and cross sliced
Bix Tri-Color Grape Tomato 121269 2 oz.
N/D Bix Produce Goat Cheese 213103 1 oz.
Marie's Avocado Poblano Dressing 274340 2 oz.

Peel, dice and cook beets until just tender and then pickle for 12-24 hours prior to use and drain. Place the Revol Greens on the salad plate and decoratively arrange the remaining ingredients and serve.
