Pickled Beet Salad

Foothill Farms Bread & Butter Pickling Mix 294261   1 cup
Red Beets 125001 4 oz.
ProAct Cucumber 128208 3 oz., Batonnet Cut
ProAct Orange 103903 4 silces, peeled and cross sliced
Tri-Color Grape Tomato 121269 2 oz.
Goat Cheese Crumbles 213103 1 oz.
Marzetti's Avocado Ranch Dressing 274342 2 oz.

Peel, dice and cook beets until just tender and then pickle for 12-24 hours prior to use and drain. Place the Revol Greens on the salad plate and decoratively arrange the remaining ingredients and serve.
