Cook pizza burger and hold for service.
Cook flatbread per manufacturer’s instructions. When flatbread is done, cut into three equal, square portions.
Layer the flatbread portions with the two pizza burgers and top with ribbon pepperoni. Garnish and serve with steak knife.
