Butter 2 slices of bread and place butter side down. Top with 4 oz. sliced corn beef, and add Swiss cheese, sauerkraut and thousand island dressing. Top with the remaining buttered slice of bread, buttered side out. Toast over medium heat on grill or pan until the bread is lightly browned and cheese has melted.
