Slow Roasted Thanksgiving Dinner

In a 300°F oven, roast turkey in foil until internal temp reaches 165°F. Heat mashed potatoes thoroughly. Combine cranberries and oranges and mix. Roast asparagus until just tender. Combine water with gravy concentrate and bring to a boil while stirring constantly. Slice turkey into appropriate portion size and arrange attractively on serving platter with the remaining components.
