Cook and chop the bacon.
In a bowl, combine ground beef, cooked bacon, ranch seasoning, and cheese.
Mix well and divide into six equal portions. Shape the portions into balls. Place 2 portions of meat on a hot griddle, using patty paper and a burger press, apply pressure to each portion to flatten very thin.
Cook 2-3 minutes on each side.
Toast bun and assemble with 2 patties per burger.
Serve with lettuce, tomato pickle garnish. Optional, top each patty with sliced cheese to make a double cheeseburger.
