Spread one ounce of scoopable cheesecake on each crepe. Fold each crepe in half and then again fold in quarters.
Place in 350°F oven for 2-3 minutes until warm all the way through.
Warm strawberry topping.
Arrange serving plate with crepes layered together with strawberry topping on top of crepes. Garnish with powdered sugar, cinnamon spice, mint sprig and orange zest.
