White Balsamic and Shallot Glazed Cod

Hidden Valley White Balsamic Vinaigrette Shallot Dressing (GF) 274343 2 oz.
Zucchini Squash 131228 2 oz.
Yellow Squash 131111 2 oz.
Livias Kosher Salt Pepper & Garlic Seasoning 290904 to taste

Coat cod with White Balsamic dressing and bake in 350 degree oven. Place seasoned squash and zucchini in the same oven. Heat rice. Place rice in center of serving plate and place Cod on top of rice. Fan out squash and zucchini around the rice and fish. Drizzle a little more White Balsamic Dressing over fish if desired.
