Follow recipe for German Meatloaf. Place meatloaf portion and reheat in oven on a covered pan with a little water. Reheat until internal temperature reaches 165. Large dice Yukon gold potatoes and blanch. In sauté pan or flat top grill combine bacon, sauerkraut, onion, potato and parsley. Cook through until golden. Prepare brown gravy, mix in cider vinegar as gravy for meatloaf. Plate attractively and serve.
