Roasted German Pork Prime Rib Rack (Batch):
Season pork rack with paprika, caraway, salt and pepper. Roast in 275 degree oven until internal temperature reaches 150 degrees. Hold at 140 degrees.

Slice one chop off of pork prime rib rack. Follow recipes for German Apple Chutney and Yams, Potatoes, and Apples. Reheat apple chutney and sweet potatoes with apples until internal temperature of 165 degrees is reached. Plate attractively and serve.
