Pretzel Sticks with Obatzda (Beer Cheese) Dip

To make dip, sauté onions in butter and cook until translucent. Add flour and cook for 2 minutes. Add beer and bring to simmer. Turn heat to low, add cheeses and paprika. Simmer until sauce has thickened. Place pretzel sticks in 350°F oven for 4 minutes. Serve with cheese dip.
