Blend pickling spice mixture with hot honey sauce to make a vinaigrette.

Cook bacon and chop.

Deep fry Brussels sprouts per manufacturer’s instructions.

Toss fried Brussels sprouts and bacon in vinaigrette dressing and arrange on service plate. Garnish with blue cheese crumbles and chopped sage.
