It has been one month since we started using the new room service dining menu in our hospital. I am happy to report that the patients and staff are very pleased with the new menus and meal service. The menus are colorful, well organized, and very easy to read. Best of all, the patients are eating and telling us the food tastes great! Being able to make their own food choices from a beautiful menu has made all the difference. We could not have made this improvement to our patient meal service without your financial support and help from your employees, Jeremy and Christina.
It was such a pleasure working with Jeremy and Christina on this menu project. I have worked with Jeremy for many years and have always found him to be polite, professional, very knowledgeable, and willing to go above and beyond in providing support to CMH. This was my first opportunity to work with Christina. Her attention to details ,enthusiasm, and excitement throughout each draft review triggered renewed energy in all of us at CMH. Our goal was to implement the new meal service before the end of this year. I am happy to say we met our deadline with great success.
